Data is a powerful tool, but it’s storytelling that makes a brand feel like home.

 

For Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), I transformed standard CRM communications into a seamless guest journey by blending data-driven insights with a narrative-led approach. I moved away from generic emails and instead focused on crafting "Welcome" sequences and pre-trip guides that read more like travel editorials than sales pitches.

By treating every EDM as a chapter in the guest’s experience, I helped turn data into personalised invitations. I used subscriber preferences to tailor every message, ensuring that whether we were asking for their travel habits or encouraging a return stay, the content felt relevant and intentional.

Two destination-focused EDMs for Singapore and Malaysia, moving away from standard listings in favour of an immersive storytelling format.

 

By weaving local travel highlights with the unique character of our properties, I positioned both countries as "must-visit" destinations while naturally integrating PPHG’s hotels into the travel narrative as an essential part of the local experience, rather than just a place to stay.
