To make each campaign more enticing, I helped develop unique creative concepts within the EDMs throughout every stage of the CRM journey—from the initial Teaser, Handraiser and Full Form phases to Pre-order, Remarketing, and Sustain.
By balancing immersive product storytelling with tactical offers and clear calls-to-action, I ensured each pod felt distinct and enticing. This kept communication fresh across different audience segments, effectively turning curiosity into clicks at every stage of the funnel.
