How do you turn a global tech launch into a personal conversation for millions?

 

For Samsung’s regional SEAO team, I transformed fast-moving product launches into localised customer journeys across EDMs, push notifications, WhatsApp, acquisition videos, and landing pages. 

 

From initial discovery and evaluation to purchase, activation, and long-term loyalty, I helped craft cohesive narratives that defined how we talk to everyone, while maintaining brand integrity across diverse regional markets.

To make each campaign more enticing, I helped develop unique creative concepts within the EDMs throughout every stage of the CRM journey—from the initial Teaser, Handraiser and Full Form phases to Pre-order, Remarketing, and Sustain.

By balancing immersive product storytelling with tactical offers and clear calls-to-action, I ensured each pod felt distinct and enticing. This kept communication fresh across different audience segments, effectively turning curiosity into clicks at every stage of the funnel.
